All of my programmes start with an initial consultation. We will spend a couple of hours together talking in the comfort of your own home. This will help to give me an understanding of your previous experience with training and your expectations for the future. It will also allow us both to understand your attitude to training and sport in general.
We will look in depth look at your goals and life style. You will also need to complete a medical history and a psychometric profile.
All of these things contribute to helping create a realistic and inspiring training programme.
The initial consultation will be followed by a gym based fitness assessment.
